    11. Software to the user is more straight forward in their view as something they use for work or leisure but devolpers have a higher aspect of software as they take in the exceptions of the user for a certain product or products to know how the software must work, and the correct kaws, rules and coding of prgramming and software devolpment.
    13. Effective user interfaces meet the needs of the user. These include use of white space, judicious use of colour and graphics, grouping information and legibilty of texts.
Use of white space: is the area of white space that is on the computer screen whicn we dont use. White space breaks up the screen into sections and draws the attention to the most important things on the screen.

Judicious use of colour and graphics: Effective user interfaces use colour and graphics to recieve the users attention whether there is a danger or problem with their computer, as it would be distracting. It also delievers a clear message to the user and are able to communicate their purpose more quickly.
Grouping information: this allows the user to see clearly what the overall purpose of what is on the screen. It enables them to focus on what is on the screen more efficently and are able to learn and build up a mental picture of the aplication and its user interface.
Legibilty of texts: invovles the different fonts and sizes we use.

    11. People suffering carpel tunnel syndrome experience pain caused by the lubricating tendon shealth surrounding each tendon swelling. Also as the carpel tunnel is unable to expand, pressure is exerted onto the median nerve which results to numbness. This can be treated in a number of ways :
The use of hand and wrist braces
    Use of anti-inflamatory drugs
    Or in extreme cases, surgery
    13. Other ergonomically issues to be addressed is the use of copyholders and the appropiate lighting and noise level. Copyholders are recommended to people who perform input tasks from paperbased documents. Copyholders elliminate the need to move back and forth to the paper and screen, which relieves movement on the neck. Appropiate lighting can result in productive gains. Lightinig is important as it decreases glare which can damage the eyes. Noise is one of the most distracting influences in the workplace. When noise occurs it is almost impossible to concentrate on the task at hand. To decrease sound, Mechanisms have been put into place, such as soundproof shields for printers.

    What is OOP?
stands for object oriented programming. Its all about classes and objects which can easily correlated with real life scenarios.
The difference between C++ and C programming.
C++ is designed for OOP in the days when the typical computer was a standalone machine running a command line based user interface. C is designed specifically to work with the .Net and is geared to the modern enviroment of windows and mouse controlled user interface, networks and the internet.
